The critical change in rating the individuals' activity in Russian media for the reporting week was the rise of the Mayor of Moscow, Sergey Sobyanin, to the third position . Consequently, US President Joe Biden moved to the fourth place. The rating leaders remain the same: Vladimir Putin and his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelensky. The Russian Minister of Defense, Sergey Shoigu, is closing the top five of the rating.
The information space was analysed using a refined methodology based on monitoring 3200 Russian websites, telegram channels, YouTube channels, and significant accounts on VKontakte, Instagram and Facebook.
