The Ukrainian counteroffensive, as in the previous week, continues to be the most mentioned term in Russian media. In second place is the Russian army, firmly pushing NATO to the third position. Notably, after the withdrawal of the Wagner PMC from Bakhmut, the mention of this paramilitary formation has decreased to a level that does not allow it to claim a spot in the top 5. However, during the reporting period, nuclear weapons rose to fourth place. Closing the top five terms is defence, which is currently the most relevant format for conducting combat operations for the Russian Armed Forces.
The information space was analysed using a refined methodology based on monitoring 3200 Russian websites, telegram channels, YouTube channels, and significant accounts on VKontakte, Instagram and Facebook.
