The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation continues to threaten Russians with dangerous organisms

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation notes that in January the Ukrainian government approved new requirements for the accounting, storage and transportation of microorganisms, toxins and antigens with an emphasis on their international air transportation. “This can talk about planned provocations with pathogens so to later blame it on Russia”, - said Chief Commander of NBC Protection Troops Kirilov.

Despite the absurdity of conspiracy theories about secret laboratories, combat mosquitoes and pathogenic microorganisms, Russian officials continue to use them in public rhetoric. The statement of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation follows the speech of Russia's permanent representative to the UN Nebenzia, who said that there are drones in Ukraine that could “spread mosquitoes infected with dangerous viruses”. Such statements in international media cause laughter, but they are still effective for the Russian audience.
