Russia plans to recruit an additional 400,000 contractors

The recruitment across all of Russia will begin on April 1. The Ministry of Defence has already sent orders to regions with the number of persons corresponding documents must be signed with. Most of the work lies upon the shoulders of military commissariats, and ultimately the governors of regions will be accountable for meeting the plan. Military commissariats in lower (southern?) regions have already started issuing orders.

According to the official narrative, the purpose of issuing orders is only to update their records. However, in reality the government begins a new full-scale recruitment for their war efforts. This is done to replenish losses in specialties that experience shortages, such as artillery and armour (armoured vehicles?)operators. "Verifying records" is just a pretext for bringing conscripts into military commissariats where obligatory contract service outside combat zone area is imposed on them. As Russian practice shows, promises from military commissariats have no legal force and effectively "contractors" will replenish Russian grouping in Ukraine.
