A life imprisonment warrant has been issued to Putin
The Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Karim Khan, stated that "People, wherever they may be, should understand that there is a law and that power comes with responsibility. There is no statute of limitations for military crimes". He also clarified that the arrest order for Putin could only be revoked if he stood before the court and the judge dismissed the case.
Putin's tactic of responding to every aggravation by raising stakes has begun to work against him. The international isolation into which he steadily digs himself is becoming increasingly deafening. From a leader of a world state, the President of the Russian Federation is rapidly turning into a world outcast.
